SANTA's book {DT work heartfelt creations}

hello lovely friends!

as i promised, i'm sharing today the latest layout i made for HEARTFELT CREATIONS.

heartfelt creations products i used:

i started with the big book. i stamped the large book frame from the HC book frame 1 precut set on a crème cardstock; enlarged it from each side, coloured it with DERWENT watercolour pencils and cut out the book. if you are interested in a step-by-step tutorial on how to make the book, click HERE.

once the book was ready, i shaped my pictures and glued them to the frame. i punched a frame from green pattern paper with the martha stewart's "woodland branch" edge punch and added it under the book. then i positioned the complete book on a sheet of  webster's pages "decoration" pattern paper and cut out the christmas tree element so it would pop up on the layout.

i stamped the note sheet from the HC book frame 1 precut set on the pattern paper under the book.

the frame around the edge of the pattern paper is made with DMC cotton tread. i punched two small "frosty village" stripes with martha stewart's edge punch. to add extra dimension, i embossed the houses and outlined them with a brown copic ciao marker.

the christmas blossoms are made with the HC regal poinsettia 1 and 2 precut sets, spellbinders blossoms 2 nestabilities die, brown ink and cuttle bug. if you are interested in a step-by-step tutorial on how to create the poinsettias, click HERE.

i stamped the leaves (small and large) on a green pattern paper and cut them out. positioned them around the flowers to complete the christmas bouquet.

 the title is written with the matching storytellers cardstock alphabet from the "waiting for santa" paper line. to finish off the layout i added golden and red glitter dots to trim the christmas tree.

thank you for stopping by my blog and having a peek, and thanks so much for your kind comments, your feedback means a lot to me!

if you like the LOVELY regal poinsettia precut sets from the HC limited edition stamp sets you can purchase them only until 31 of december! so hurry up and they can be home for christmas!

hugs 'n smiles,
Emmy
